After relocating to Austin, our founder saw a clear need for a reliable, easy-to-work-with local service that could help homeowners, Realtors, landlords, and property managers get properties clean, cleared, and ready for what's next. Whether it's preparing a home for market, handling a move-out clean, clearing unwanted junk, touching up paint, pressure washing, or tackling the final punch-list before photos, CleanSlate ATX brings multiple home prep services together under one roof.

Meet Zach
Zach Taylor
Founder, CleanSlate ATX
CleanSlate ATX was founded by Zach, a hands-on entrepreneur who relocated to Austin with a fresh start, a strong work ethic, and a clear vision for building a service business rooted in reliability, communication, and care.
After making the transition to Austin, Zach saw a real gap in the market: homeowners, Realtors, landlords, and property managers often needed several different services to get a property ready, but did not always have one dependable point of contact to coordinate it all. CleanSlate ATX was created to solve that problem by bringing cleaning, junk removal, pressure washing, painting, landscaping touch-ups, and punch-list prep together under one simple, organized service.
Outside of work, Zach is drawn to anything that involves creativity, detail, and a good story. He enjoys photography, exploring national parks, hiking, and performing stand-up comedy, all of which helped shape the vision for CleanSlate and bring customer service to a different level.
He believes people should not have to chase five different contractors just to get a home ready for sale, move-in, move-out, or turnover. They should have one reliable person they can call, one clear plan, and a team that treats the property with respect.
At its core, CleanSlate ATX is a small, locally owned business built to help people move forward with less stress and more confidence.
