How long does a job take?
Most jobs are completed in a single day. A standard deep clean takes 3–5 hours depending on home size. Junk removal can be done in 1–2 hours. Full multi-service prep packages typically run 1–2 days from start to finish.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. CleanSlate ATX is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability coverage on every job, so your home and belongings are protected.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Austin and the surrounding area including West Lake Hills, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Barton Creek, Dripping Springs, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Kyle, and Buda. Not sure if we cover your zip code? Give us a call or send a quote request and we'll confirm.
Do I need to be home during the job?
Not at all. Many clients simply provide access and let us handle everything. We'll send you before and after photos when the job is complete so you can see the results.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Can I book just one service?
Absolutely. Every service is available as a standalone booking. You don't need a bundle or package to work with us, though bundling services under one visit does save time and money.
How quickly can you get started?
We typically have same-week availability. Once you submit a quote request, we respond within 2 hours and can usually schedule your job within 2–3 business days.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, we'll come back and fix it for free, no questions asked.
